In this webinar, Emeritus Professor Adrian Beck introduces the findings from the ECR Retail Loss Group research on the use of video in retail, a technology that accounts for over €2 billion a year in spend by retailers.

Expect to learn how retailers are currently utilising video technologies in their businesses., how they using video analytics to deliver safety and security, and business intelligence, an assessment of the challenges of managing video analytics in retailing, an evaluation of the strategic trends in the use of video technologies, including centralised video command centres, data integration and system design and finally, reflections on the importance of developing a co-ordinated and cross functional plan to maximise the potential of video technologies in retailing. Retailer and solution provider responses to the research were provided by Scott Draher of Lowes, and Rob Borsch of Genetec.
