TIPA is on a mission to enable product integrity without the long-term impact of plastic waste. As a global leader in biodegradable packaging, TIPA have made a significant investment in creating food-safe packaging that is home and industrial compostable. It has developed a biodegradable and recyclable packaging for food and beverages, including snacks and frozen food. Its packaging solution which is inspired by orange peel, is made-up of a protective multi-layer solution. TIPA claims that their packaging has high resistance to oxygen and water vapor permeation and transparency and will biologically degrade in up to 180 days in industrial compost.
