Meeting

This working group will explore the latest learnings on the use of Body Worn cameras in retail. Included in the discussion will be updates on the technology itself, including ease of operability and functionality. It will also look at the use of BWC beyond security guards, the use of network capabilities to allow for remote monitoring, and discuss ongoing concerns and risks associated with their use.

The session will start with one USA retailer who will share their journey and learnings; we will then broaden out into a discussion on their use in retail across the world.
