Self Returns - Retailer Lessons To Date

As our Returns report highlighted (click here) there is no such thing as a free return, however, there are ways of saving cost [and arguably reduce fraud and grow sales] by asking your customer to take their returns to a store Vs sending back via the courier

As ever, this can just create another problem, and the need for additional labour to process the returns speedily in the store. To address this new problem, and remove friction, retailers including Kohls (click here) and Next are offering customers self returns.

In this session we will hear from retailers and their lessons from trials, the good, bad and the ugly. The group will discuss the key learning points.
