In this working group session, we will explore the latest ways retailers are monitoring OSA using technologies such as robots, drones, shelf cameras and AI to help improve visibility to inventory, inventory errors and gaps. The meeting will include presentations from retailers such as IKEA, and then a group discussion on the learning points
