Participants in the e-commerce loss and returns working group have identified five opportunity areas (pictured) where retailers and brand owners are looking for innovation from the outside. Against this brief, ECR, working with Co:Cubed have identified over 200 start-ups, which the group will short list down to the top ten. On April 15th, each of the top ten will have five minutes to pitch their ideas to the retailers, brand owners and fulfilment centre members of the group, with the chance of winning a trial and future partnership.
