In addition to our academic research, the working group is looking to build knowledge and expertise on ecommerce loss through a "learning from doing" approach, and a series of retailer case studies. This month, the working group will hear from Adidas AG, the sportswear manufacturer/retailer, who will will outline their risk mitigation approach to the emerging returns / exchange fraud within eCommerce, from detection through to enforcement, highlighting some of the operational challenges and successes from 2021/2022.
