Food Surplus / Waste - Working Group Priority Setting Meeting

In this annual meeting, each of the working group retailer members will share their respective TOP THREE work plan priorities for food waste reduction.

Through the process, the group will get visibility to the differences in each others priorities and most importantly, the work priority areas they share, and where the opportunity for collaboration will emerge.

These opportunities could include 2d data bar codes, KPI benchmarking, supplier engagement, product exchanges, legislation, including date coding labelling, the existence of date labels on some items and then boundaries on what date codes that can be sold / donated.

This meeting is for retailers, brand owners and academics only.
