Description

Returns Research - Impact Assessment & Next Steps

Our 2019 research on return is still one of the top three downloaded reports in 2023 (click here) and in this meeting, we want to hear from retailers in the group to explore any / the impact this research made on how your business organised itself around returns.

For example, did you create your own true cost of returns model? Did you appoint a Chief Returns Officer? Did you make changes to your policies? Did you find ways to lower the costs of returns? And were you able to link the returns strategy to the company's ESG goals?

The meeting seeks to explore these questions, quantify where we can the impact the report may have made and then explore potential for new research beyond the recently commissioned research on Returns Fraud.

This meeting is for retailers, producers and academics only.
