Recent improvements in payment controls has significantly reduced retailer losses, often now less than 5 basis points. In turn, this has lead to bad actors now probing harder at other parts of the supply chain, one of them being returns.

In this meeting, the research team will present their unique methodology, and how they will go about getting to a deeper understanding of returns fraud. They are keen to get retailer comments and most of all, commitment from the retailers to participate in some online "red teaming workshops.
