Description

How are CPG's helping Retailers Improve OSA?

In January 2024, we learnt how Unilever, Nestle and P&G were helping their retailer customers deliver and improve OSA in stores beyond perfect service levels.

The capabilities they offered included OSA measurement, tracking & benchmarking, dedicated OSA resources, anomaly detection, such as phantom inventory, anti-theft solution best practices and field based resources.

With support from the academic team (Paul Chapman, Daniel Corsten and Tom Gruen), the group will hear updates from these three CPG's and others, and their latest capabilities and the results they are delivering, with a special focus on their work with retailers in Latin America.

The group will then discuss the key learning points.

This meeting is for retailers, brand owners and academics only.
