As one of the very first working group members, then product manufacturer co-chair, and now as the group strategic coordinator, I have been hugely proud to serve this group and to see first hand the value it has delivered to participating organisations. I look forward to further years in post, and to helping the the industry continue to learn and grow together, delivering cutting edge research, new tools and techniques, and to promoting the ECR Retail Loss as the "go to" platform for retail loss collaboration and innovation.
