Resulting in retaining freshness, color and nutrients and extending the shelf life of fruits and vegetables, without wettening the produce. Dry Misting is especially interesting for retailers, since it contributes to savings on labour (costs), improvement of on-shelf availability, reduction of out-of-stock, better customer experience, higher sales numbers and the reduction of (plastic) packaging.
