From a long list of over 150+ innovative companies and start-ups, twenty retailers helped ECR arrive at a short list of ten highly promising start-ups in food waste and markdown prevention. In this session, the ten start ups delivered a five-minute pitch, face questions from the retailer sharks, and as a result, multiple partnerships have now been started between the start-ups and retailers. Our aim is to invite the retailers to update the working group in a years time to share their partnership, the journey and results.
