As is often quoted, it took thieves about two weeks to find a way to defeat the original ink tags on clothing [freeze them!] and today, there will be bad actors exploring, probing and testing ways in which they can create an opportunity to enrich themselves through the self checkout.

In this session, retailers will each share a list of their most common "scams", sharing how they identified the scam, how much they estimated the scam was costing their business, and then how they went about putting in measures to prevent, detect and / or manage this newly identified risk.
