Sam’s Club is part of the Walmart Inc. business and serves millions of members at SamsClub.com and almost 600 locations across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Sam’s Club also has locations in Brazil, China and Mexico. In this session, we will explore Sam’s Club’s retail asset protection and member experience journey, before and then through the pandemic, gaining insights on the adoption of self-scan, their extensive use of data and technology, the role of collaboration with leadership, suppliers, clubs and their responses to external threats, such as ORC.

Following their presentation will be a discussion on the key learnings and reflections on how the landscape changes at Sam's Club can be relevant to other retailers in the working group.
