Meeting

This session started with a presentation from Jim, on twenty years of learning on Scan & Go, and their learnings on the controls that can be introduced to manage the risk of errors, non scans and walkaways. This was followed by a presentation from Andrew on the loss controls that they are considering for the launch of their own programme.
