Removing Upstream Loss

How much of unknown loss is caused by causes upstream outside the control of store managers? For example, an item is set up as a case of 100 but the store is shipped and invoiced as a case of 10. In this session, Brad, from Target Stores USA, will share how they have developed a formalised approach to ‘catch’ this type of error.
