This will be the seventh meeting of the year, and in this session we will hear from two e-retailers and how they are organising to measure, manage and innovate to improve the top and bottom line, while making their e-commerce platforms safer for their shoppers.
The session will also include a research update on predicting returns and a new benchmark study to, for the first time, quantify the problem of e-commerce losses.
